1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between pk455 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service provided through the pk455 website and associated mobile interfaces.

By accessing the pk455 platform in any capacity — whether browsing as a guest, registering as a member, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet on a PSL cricket match, or participating in any casino game — you are deemed to have accepted these Terms unconditionally and in full.

These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, promotional conditions, privacy policy, and responsible gaming policy published on the pk455 platform, all of which are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific rules, these Terms shall prevail unless expressly stated otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Age Requirements

Access to and use of the pk455 platform is subject to the following mandatory eligibility requirements. All of the following conditions must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. pk455 operates a strict minimum age policy and maintains a zero-tolerance approach to underage gambling. No exceptions are permitted under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction in which online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any other person or entity.
• You must not be currently subject to a self-exclusion agreement with pk455 or any other gaming operator that extends to cover pk455's services.
• You must not be an employee, director, officer, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of pk455 or any of its associated companies, providers, or licensors.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of pk455 services — including PKR deposits, sports betting, live casino games, and slot titles — you must register a personal account on the platform. The following conditions apply to all pk455 account registrations:

• Each individual may hold only one account on pk455. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or IP addresses, is strictly prohibited.
• All registration information provided must be accurate, complete, and current. You are obligated to notify pk455 promptly if any of your registration details change.
• Your username and password are personal to you. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on pk455 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). pk455 supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank. The following terms govern all financial transactions on the platform:

• Deposits are credited to your pk455 account balance in PKR. Minimum and maximum deposit limits per transaction are displayed at the point of deposit within your account dashboard.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party funding of pk455 accounts is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals will be processed only to a payment method previously verified and associated with your pk455 account. pk455 does not issue withdrawals to payment methods not on record for your account.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within the timeframes indicated in the Payments section of the pk455 platform. Processing times may vary by payment method and are subject to standard banking and mobile wallet processing periods.
• pk455 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile wallet provider may apply their own charges, for which pk455 accepts no liability.
• pk455 reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal, regardless of the amount.
• Funds held in your pk455 account do not accrue interest. Your PKR balance represents a credit redeemable for gameplay and withdrawal only.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity conducted on the pk455 platform. Specific rules for individual sports markets, casino games, and slot titles are published within the relevant sections of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

• All bets placed on pk455 are final once confirmed. pk455 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in the specific circumstances outlined in the applicable sports betting rules (e.g., postponed or abandoned events).
• pk455 reserves the right to void any bet that was placed in error, at incorrect odds caused by a technical fault or data feed error, or in circumstances constituting an obvious pricing error.
• In-play betting markets on cricket, PSL fixtures, and other sports events are subject to delay. pk455 accepts no liability for bets placed based on knowledge of an event outcome already known to the bettor but not yet reflected in live odds.
• Maximum payout limits apply per bet and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting markets and are subject to change at pk455's sole discretion.
• All casino games on pk455 — including live dealer tables, slot titles, and video poker — use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. Results are independently audited for fairness.
• pk455 reserves the right to impose individual account betting limits or to restrict access to certain markets for any account at any time, with or without prior notice.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

pk455 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing users. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions associated with each offer, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all pk455 bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited to your pk455 account in PKR and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in each offer's specific terms.
• Only one promotional offer may be claimed per household, IP address, device, payment method, or email address unless the specific offer terms expressly state otherwise.
• pk455 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse, exploit, or circumvent bonus terms — including through multi-accounting, use of excluded payment methods, or artificially structured wagering — will result in the cancellation of the bonus and associated winnings, and may result in account closure.
• Bonus winnings accrued through suspected abuse of promotional offers are not payable and will be removed from your account balance.
• pk455 is the sole arbiter of bonus eligibility disputes. All decisions made by pk455 regarding bonus eligibility and compliance are final.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk455 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Opening or operating more than one pk455 account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information including name, date of birth, address, or payment method details.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to interact with the pk455 platform in a manner not intended for normal human play.
• Engaging in match fixing, spot fixing, or any form of manipulation of sporting events on which bets are placed via pk455.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, particularly live dealer tables, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or misconfigured odds to place bets that pk455 would not have accepted under correct operating conditions.
• Using the pk455 platform for any form of money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity.
• Accessing or attempting to access pk455 from a jurisdiction in which such access is expressly prohibited by law, using VPN technology or other circumvention methods.

8 Responsible Gaming

pk455 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to providing tools that support players in maintaining control over their gambling activity. The following responsible gaming provisions are available to all pk455 account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit limits via their account settings. Once set, limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Users may configure session duration alerts that notify them when a specified amount of time has been spent on the platform.

9 Intellectual Property

All content published on the pk455 platform — including but not limited to the pk455 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and all other intellectual property — is owned by or licensed to pk455 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

• You may access pk455 content solely for your own personal, non-commercial use of the platform's services.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, modify, adapt, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any pk455 content without express prior written authorisation from pk455.
• You may not use pk455 branding, logos, or trademarks in any manner that implies endorsement, affiliation, or partnership with pk455 without written consent.
• Scraping, data mining, or automated extraction of odds, game results, or other platform data is prohibited without a formal data licensing agreement with pk455.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk455 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions — express, implied, or statutory — in relation to the platform and its services. In particular:

• pk455 does not warrant that the platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may cause temporary unavailability.
• pk455 shall not be liable for any loss of profits, loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform.
• pk455's total aggregate liability to any user for any claim arising from these Terms or use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that user in the twelve (12) calendar months preceding the relevant claim.
• pk455 is not liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, telecommunications failures, regulatory changes, or network outages affecting JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, or Meezan Bank infrastructure.
• Gambling by its nature involves financial risk. Losses incurred through legitimate gameplay on pk455 are the sole responsibility of the user and do not constitute grounds for a claim against pk455.

11 Termination & Account Closure

pk455 may suspend or permanently close any account, with immediate effect, if:

• The account holder is found to have breached any provision of these Terms.
• pk455 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct associated with the account.
• The account holder has failed to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• pk455 is required to do so by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or court order.
• The account has been inactive (no login or transaction activity) for a continuous period of 12 months or more, in which case dormancy fees may apply in accordance with pk455's dormant account policy.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their pk455 account may do so by contacting the support team via live chat or at the email address provided in Section 14. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining verified PKR balance will be returned to your nominated withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and clearance of any applicable bonus wagering requirements.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming law as referenced in pk455's operating licence, supplemented by principles of general commercial law where applicable.

In the event of any dispute between you and pk455, you agree to first contact the pk455 support team and attempt to resolve the matter informally. pk455 will endeavour to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal means, it may be escalated to the relevant licensing authority's dispute resolution process.

13 Amendments to These Terms

pk455 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk455 will provide reasonable advance notice via email to the address registered on your account and/or by displaying a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the pk455 platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not accept any changes, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11. The date of the most recent revision to these Terms is displayed in the page header and within the Last Updated notice in the table of contents.
